I was referred to Nurse Practitioner Helen by a friend who lives in Ukrainian Village. She had had Botox and a PRP facial. She was very happy. I did an IV treatment and was amazed by how rejuvenated I felt. The facility was very clean and organized. Helen was very knowledgeable and professional. I am looking forward to trying one of her new therapies soon.

Fantastic establishment with great service and care! I went in for my first visit about a week ago, as I just moved to Ukrainian Village, and have been looking for a good med spa that offers Jeuveau. Thank God I found IVI AESTHETICS!!! The results are fantastic! Appointments are easy to make, plenty of time slots available and you get a text reminder before your appointment. Nara is incredible! She is a staple in my skin care regimen! I see her for facial waxing, dermaplaning, chemical peels, and masks/facials. I get compliments routinely about the health and glow of my skin. In fact, I no longer wear foundation due to the great progress we've made with skin care, minimizing sun spots, and improving skin quality. I've been very happy with the product line she uses - Environ, and use it at home. Go see Nara if you want an experienced esthetician to create a customized treatment plan for you!

I rarely write reviews unless there is something significant to be said. This was worth writing about as it was one of the best experiences and results. Helen is extremely knowledgeable and really takes the time with you. She is also very honest and really truly cares about her clients. This was evident by her checking in with me the following days. I will be back and completely trust her and her professionalism.

Service-Microneedling with PRP. I'm a bit squeamish when it comes to needles, but I only felt a small pinch when blood was drawn. Microneedling in general is one of my favorite procedures. Even over Morph8. Helen was great and knowledgeable. She is definifely not going to upsell you which I appreciate. Can't wait for my next procedure which is a chemical peel. Space is cute and parking easy, which is important in Chicago!

Beautiful space, warm smile, excellent professional service. I came in for microneedling for PRP for the first time. My fears were quickly easied in Helen's hands. Results are showing as I get compliments on my skin and I will be going back to try the VI peel next!

As someone who is really behind on a proper skin care regimen, I was nervous to start the process of treatment for sun damage and just an overall long needed refresh.
